ABOUT THE ARTIST
Stefanie Moran resides in Brimley, Michigan, a small town located in the Upper Penninsula. She has been creating art for much of her life and enjoys dabbling in a variety of mediums; from painting and hand-forged copper jewelry to her unique wire drawings. Stefanie often works on multiple projects at once and enjoys experimenting with new techniques while expanding her repertoire.
Education
Stefanie is a graduate of Central Michigan University. She received her BAA in Art with a Design/Graphic Design concentration and a BS in Human Services. Stefanie is a perpetual learner and enjoys not only enrolling in a variety of art courses but also sharing her knowledge with young artists through private lessons.
Recognition
Stefanie has been selected for several juried exhibits throughout the state of Michigan and has won awards or honorable mentions at many of these events. She has been accepted to be a member of the Oil Painters of America (OPA) and is the co-founding member of the Eastern Upper Penninsula Plein Air painters (EUPPA).
